Professional Management and Maintenance
777 Place offers professional on-site management and 24-hour maintenance. Our on-site leasing team participates in annual extensive customer service training to make your student’s living experience a memorable one. Our local executive director is supported by a skilled and experienced team focused on resident services, maintenance, and residential life. Residents who need assistance are welcome to visit the office or use our online portal to submit maintenance requests and/or correspondence requests.
How do I pay the rental installment and any other fees?
We accept personal checks and money orders in the office. Payments can also be made online with E-check, debit cards, and credit cards (Discover and MasterCard).
Every year, many students vie for the opportunity to become a 777 Place Community Assistant, also known as a CA. CA’s work in the leasing office and on campus, and help with monthly events. The CA position provides students with valuable resume-building experience through their work as a community leader, problem solver, event planner, sales associate, and friend.
777 Place is a social community with a vibrant residential life focused on charitable, social, educational, and recreational events. Residents are active participants in a variety of monthly events hosted by our dedicated team, including: Toys for Tots, Breakfast On-the-Go, Taco Tuesday, evening walks to downtown, painting parties, as well as many others.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to pay an application fee when I sign my lease?
Yes, there is a $44.51 application fee.
What are my lease options?
We offer 4-12 month lease terms, prices vary for short term leases. Contact the leasing office for more information.
Will I need to have a guarantor?
Our leasing office will consider your credit history and income when determining whether or not you will need a guarantor. Should you need one, a member of our leasing team will contact you.
What kind of cable and internet package is offered at my apartment?
777 Place is prewired for Time Warner Cable and internet. If your unit has south facing exposure you can also have DirecTV or Dish Network (satellite’s must be on a tripod and not attached to the building).
What size are the beds in the furnished package?
The beds at 777 Place are queen size.
What does my rent installment include?
Your rent installment includes your rent and furniture rent (if you have a furnished unit). You will be responsible for paying your utilities, which include: electricity (through Southern California Edison), water, trash, sewer and gas (one combined bill through Comptrol technologies).
What are the fitness center hours?
Is parking available?
Yes, but parking is extremely limited. You can receive a free parking permit if you own a car and rent at the property. If you have two residents in the apartment, a garage space is required for an additional fee. Two spaces is the maximum amount of parking an apartment can have. Please check with our office if you have any additional questions!
What if I have a problem with an appliance or an emergency maintenance problem?
777 Place has 24-hour emergency maintenance. We will repair all broken appliances and provide replacements if necessary.
I want to live at 777 Place. What do I need to do now?
We are so excited that you’ve chosen 777 Place as your new home. You can complete your lease paperwork in our office or from home using our online services. If you choose to apply with a leasing professional in our office, make sure you bring payment for your application fee ($44.51, payable by check or money order and a $100 holding deposit) and your driver’s license or photo ID. A member of our leasing team will contact you when your screening has been completed. If you choose to apply online, we can complete your final lease paperwork by email.
